Quality Assurance Program
TEXCOM has an effective Quality Assurance (QA) system which is based on ISO-9000 and has been reviewed and approved by NAVSEA for performing AIT work. This QA system provides for the review of all work items. The review is based on our QA system, industry standards and individual contract tasking. A final review is conducted by our Task Leader and the Navy technical and QA personnel before final production and delivery are made. The found-ation of the TEXCOM quality system is based on continuous improvement. Consequently, TEXCOM management periodically reviews quality records and processes to identify where efficiency improvements will result in greater quality, cost savings or improved responsiveness.
